One thing I love the most about living in New York is the variety of ice cream we have here. Seriously. Ice cream is such a big must in my life, and thank the heavens my boy puts up with my excessive ice cream consumption. Actually, I think he quite enjoys it ‘cause he gets the excuse to indulge a little himself. 🍦
We live so close to my favorite ice cream shop, Oddfellows Ice Cream Co., and for the months of October to February, they’re doing a Passport Program, where they’re featuring flavors from different continents each month. With prizes. 🌍 The competitor + ice cream eater in me obviously will not let this go, so I’m constantly harassing him to go to the store with me. Little does he know I’m going by myself as well (haha! 😈).
These last few fall days here in the city have been super warm, so I’m cranking out the last of my short dresses and mock-necks (this dress has BOTH!) before I stash them away for the dreaded winter ahead. I’ve also been loving this tiny necklace* from The Peach Box — I’m constantly searching for “everyday accessories” that are inconspicuous but adore enough to pair with each outfit, and I think this necklace takes the cake. Definitely one of my favorites at the moment.
