For a really long time, I was so scared to wear yellow and orange and avoided those colors at all costs. About 2 years ago, I bought a yellow midi dress (my comfort zone for clothes) that surprisingly looked good on me and my obsession with the color grew. Yellows and oranges now make me the most happy because they’re the colors of bright days and sunshine! I can’t imagine my closet without them – it’d be a duller place, that’s for sure! 💛

I hear so often from you guys in my comments that you’d never be able to pull off a certain color and I’m here to tell you once and for all that YOU CAN! Give it a chance – if you’re afraid to try a color, I encourage you find an item that you’re comfortable with that’s with a color you’re uncomfortable with, like a neon pink oversized tee, to break out of your comfort zone. I bet you’ll love it! What’s fun about life without taking a few chances anyway? 😜
