We are back in the good ol’ U S of A! 🙌🏼🇺🇸 Actually, we’ve been back for a few days now, but New York City has been cold and gloomy, and I have been both jet-lagged AF (like, sleeping in till 2 PM and watching Wayne’s World at 4 AM jet-lagged) and busy trying to catch up on all my emails and work I’ve ignored on vacation that I’ve pretty much been apartment-ridden and living off of canned soup and Thai takeout. #lifeinnyc

But the best thing about being back in the city is our stable internet connection, and it’s so nice reminiscing on beachy vacation memories when we’re waiting for snow to melt outside (yes, this is happening in April 🙄).

Since we spent most of our time in Bali in and around Ubud, we only went to a few beaches near Canggu the first few days of vacation. Our favorite by far was Echo Beach, this secluded little surfer’s paradise. Even though we don’t surf, we had so much fun watching the surfers ride the HUGE waves at this beach! 🌊

We spent most of the day just chilling and drinking beer at the beach bars scattered around the area. 🍻 We also found a cute little cove that we could oversee the waves at and watched surfers and beach puppies go by. One thing I LOVE about Bali is the abundance of street pups that just hang around humans for an afternoon and go back to their homes! There were so many friendly puppies that just came up and played with us!! 🐶💕

Now that we’re back with internet, I can’t wait to crank out Bali posts!! 👩🏻‍💻 More so soon! xo

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you wear false eyelashes?

Nope! My eyelashes are from a combination of  Benefit’s They’re Real! Tinted Lash Primer, Maybelline’s Falsies Big-Eyes Mascara, and curling them a little too much 🙂

How tall are you?

I am 5’7”.

What foundation do you use?

I use Benefit’s Hello Flawless! Powder Foundation on top of a light layer of Stila’s One-Step Correct Primer. I find that this combination really makes my foundation last all day (because what busy college student has time to reapply?!). You can shop all my makeup must-haves here.

What’s your workout routine?

I’m very on-and-off about my workouts, but when I get into it, I love a combination of spinning (via Soul Cycle) and ballet barre (via Pure Barre). Of course, that can get expensive very quickly! So, when I’m working out at home, I like to do 30 min uphill incline on the treadmill (just to get in some cardio and lift up the booty a little 🍑).

What stores do you shop at?

I’m inclined to Urban Outfitters just because sizing is consistent (and I value consistency). But I shop local a lot, and living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, I find adorable boutiques on almost a daily basis. You can shop my feed here, and find some things I’m loving here!
