Hello from the desert! šŸ‘‹šŸ» Weā€™ve decided to stay a few extra days past Coachella to chill and explore Palm Springs after the festival craziness has died down a bit and weā€™re having a blast! I typically donā€™t enjoy ā€œsit by the poolā€ vacations but in Palm Springs it feels different! So great to sip a piƱa colada and answer emails poolside šŸ Itā€™s been a great little post-festival-chaos, pre-moving-chaos break.

We snapped a few shots before our desert date – I love getting dressed up once in a while, especially for a fun night out. Did you know that Davidā€™s Bridal doesnā€™t just sell wedding dresses? Itā€™s seriously a one-stop-shop for all things occasion! Iā€™m loving this silver maxi that I got from Davidā€™s Bridal – itā€™s giving me major old-Hollywood-glamour vibes šŸ™ŒšŸ»

I paired it with a pair of nude heels and weā€™re good to go! I love a simple but elegant look – Iā€™m not big on jewelry and accessories so I love letting my dress or shoes make the statement. I can totally see wearing this dress to a fancy wedding or graduation party in the future, too! šŸ’«

Do you wear false eyelashes?

Nope! My eyelashes are from a combination of Ā Benefitā€™s They’re Real! Tinted LashĀ Primer, Maybellineā€™s Falsies Big-Eyes Mascara, and curling them a little too much šŸ™‚

How tall are you?

I am 5ā€™7ā€.

What foundation do you use?

I useĀ Benefitā€™s Hello Flawless! Powder FoundationĀ on top of a light layer ofĀ Stilaā€™s One-Step Correct Primer. I find that this combination really makes my foundation last all day (because what busy college student has time to reapply?!). You can shop all my makeup must-haves here.

Whatā€™s your workout routine?

Iā€™m very on-and-off about my workouts, but when I get into it, I love a combination of spinning (via Soul Cycle) and ballet barre (via Pure Barre). Of course, that can get expensive very quickly! So, when Iā€™m working out at home, I like to do 30 min uphill incline on the treadmill (just to get in some cardio and lift up the booty a little šŸ‘).

What stores do you shop at?

Iā€™m inclined to Urban Outfitters just because sizing is consistent (and I value consistency). But I shop local a lot, and living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, I find adorable boutiques on almost a daily basis. You can shop my feed here, and find some things Iā€™m loving here!
